Out in Fence Houses, we were called out after the customer had just purchased a new house. Most of the window handles had no keys so they wanted them changing. A bedroom window had a large gap due to faulty hinges and was letting in a lot of draught. The front door lock was also a security issue as it was too big and very susceptible to lock snapping. The lock was replaced, new window handles were fitted and new window hinges were fitted.
