Lock Repair & Door Realignment in Neville’s Cross

Neville’s Cross: Lock Repair & Door Realignment completed

A recent job in Neville’s Cross came about after the customer was having issues opening their front door, as the top hook would not retract properly. Once the door was opened non-destructively, the hook casing was found to have literally fallen to bits. A new hook casing was fitted and the door was realigned, and everything was working correctly again.

A stiff, jammed or unreliable lock is often repairable rather than needing full replacement — diagnosing the specific fault first avoids paying for parts that were not actually the problem.
