Recent window mechanisms job in Peterlee

We recently attended a property in Peterlee where the customer had the same issue on both windows: faulty mechanisms meant the shootbolts were not locking and unlocking correctly. Both mechanisms were changed, tested and working correctly.

Jobs like this are common when a lock, gearbox, handle, door mechanism or window part starts to fail. Early signs can include stiffness, a handle that will not lift properly, a latch that does not retract, or a door or window that becomes difficult to secure.
