We recently attended a property in Peterlee after the customer had thesame issues on both windows. Faulty mechanisms were engaing the shootbolts correctly causing them to not lock/unlock correctly. Both changed and tested and working correctly. Replacement parts fitted. Repair completed and tested successfully.
