Door Realignment in Sacriston

Recent door realignment job in Sacriston

We recently attended a property in Sacriston after the customer was having issues locking their front door. On closer inspection, the bottom keep was not aligned correctly with the deadbolt. The keep was removed and moved further down to align it correctly, and the door was locking smoothly again.

Jobs like this are common when a lock, gearbox, handle, door mechanism or window part starts to fail. Early signs can include stiffness, a handle that will not lift properly, a latch that does not retract, or a door or window that becomes difficult to secure.
