What to Tell Us About the Pane

Which window or door it is in, and roughly how big the glass is.
Whether the glass is clear, patterned or obscured, as in many bathroom and door panels.
Whether it is misted, cracked or smashed, and whether the window still shuts and locks.
A photo, if you can, taken straight on.

Fitting

The unit is measured exactly, made to size and fitted into the existing frame, and the window is checked for opening and locking afterwards. A smashed unit is dealt with first if the window cannot be left secure.
