This Belmont job began after the customer was having trouble locking their door, which had recently been fitted as a new uPVC door. The door was too far from the keep, so the hooks were catching and the handle was hard to lift. It was realigned to the correct position and could then be locked with no issues.

A door that has become hard to close or lock has often just dropped slightly on its hinges, throwing the keep out of position. Realigning it is usually a far smaller job than it feels like from the outside.
