Recent gearbox replacement job in Moorside

We recently attended a property in Moorside after the customer couldn't open their composite front door. Entry was gained non-destructively and a temporary fix was fitted until the new part arrived, and we went back a few days later to fit it. Everything was tested and working correctly again.

Jobs like this are common when a lock, gearbox, handle, door mechanism or window part starts to fail. Early signs can include stiffness, a handle that will not lift properly, a latch that does not retract, or a door or window that becomes difficult to secure.
