We recently attended a property in Ryhope after the customer was having difficulty locking/unlocking the composite door dueto a damged gearbox not retracting the latch properly. New gearbox fitted, tested and working correctly again. Latch was not retracting correctly. The faulty gearbox was replaced. The new gearbox was tested and the door was left working correctly again.
