A recent job in Millfield came about after the customer rang me panicking as she couldn't get her key in the lock to lock her door. She tried both keys and they just wouldn't go in the lock. This was a security issue as she neededto go out but didn't want to leave her door unlocked. The problem was the 1st pin was faulty causing the issue. New cylinder fitted and one very happy customer.
