Out in Pallion, we were called out after the customer was having trouble locking the door. This turned out to be a faulty gearbox. It was also too small once fitted.

Gearbox faulty are one of the most common uPVC door problems we see — the mechanism inside the door edge wears out over time, often starting as stiffness or a handle that will not lift fully before the door stops locking altogether.
