Window Handles & Window Mechanisms in Roker

Job update — Window Handles & Window Mechanisms in Roker

The customer in Roker got in touch because they couldn't lock their window even when it was in the locked position. This was due to a faulty gearbox not engaging when the handle was operated. The worn handle was also replaced.

Most window faults come down to one specific worn part — a hinge, handle, mechanism or the glazing unit itself. Identifying which one is at fault usually means the rest of the window does not need to be touched.
